Orders
Modifications are possible as long as the item(s) have not yet been shipped or picked up.
Shipping
Yes, we ship to all countries, however rate(s) vary by country, carrier, and other circumstances.
Handling time is 2-3 days from order placement. Shipping time varies by destination and carrier.
Returns
Returns are not accepted in most cases, however we are always interested in re-acquiring item(s) purchased from us. Should the item(s) arrive significantly varying from their advertised characteristics, a return may possibly be arranged pending discretionary review after contacting us via the contact portal*.

The preferred method for inquiring about styling services is to reach out to our email so an agent can review and respond with availability and quote accordingly. We provide styling for commercial, editorial, personal, film, and entertainment (music videos, live events, etc.) scenarios.
