All of our shipments are processed via UPS or FedEx depending on availability, destination, and other logistical factors. We maintain a standard handling time of 2-3 business days from the date of order placement, after which the package is handed over to the selected carrier. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or in communications are estimates only, and are ultimately subject to change at the discretion of the carrier. We are not liable for delays once the item has shipped. Initial shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable in the event of a return. For in-person pickups: All pickup times must be approved prior to fulfillment. If a customer elects to pick up their order from our physical location, our team will reach out within 2-4 hours of order confirmation to propose a pickup window. If urgency is a factor, please include this information in your order notes. Customers must present one form of valid legal identification that matches the cardholder name at pickup. All pickups must be completed within 14 days of the order date. If a pickup is not completed within this timeframe, our team will initiate shipping of the item(s), and any additional expenses for shipment will be invoiced accordingly.
